LaSertoma International is a non-partisan, non-political, non-profit and non-sectarian organization which has focused on youth and community needs, person-to-person assistance, and scholarships for more than 80 years.

LaSertoma International has two types of active clubs: Regular and Project. Both have full voting privileges as long as they remain in active status as defined by LaSertoma International.

Regular clubs have a variety of projects and sponsorships. These clubs meet once each month and report their activities as required.

Project clubs are established to support a specific purpose and are exempted from certain standard reporting processes.
