LaSertoma International bylaws may be amended by a 2/3 vote of the Delegates to the annual International Convention providing the recommendation for change has been appended to the Call for Convention and published thirty days prior to the convention. To ensure adequate time for thoughtful consideration, recommendations for change must be submitted to the Bylaws Committee for review prior to the Midterm Board meeting. After the annual convention, approved changes are incorporated and published. Check the date on your copy to be sure you have the latest version.

Major changes to Policy Statements are also reviewed prior to the midterm Board meeting and accepted or rejected at that meeting.  Minor housekeeping changes may also be put into effect at other Board meetings. Consequently, Policy Statements may be published twice each year. So ------ please check your copy for the latest release.. Latest version of bylaws has "July 2011" noted in the footer! Latest version of policies has " Rev 2/2012 " in footer.
